Ways To Help
Aid Station Crew
Keep runners fueled, hydrated, and moving at one of our eight aid stations.
Course Marshals
Help mark, monitor, and sweep the course to keep every runner safe.
Packet Pickup
Greet runners and hand out race packets and gift bags at check-in.
Finish Line Crew
Cheer runners home and help with medals, food, and the post-race celebration.
Volunteers
Whether this is your first time at an Ultra, or a veteran, volunteers enhance the runners experience. Volunteers are the backbone of the Ultra running community and the WV Trail Fest. We would love to have your support! Please sign up as a volunteer for more information.
